He has experience in Managing General Underwriter’s, Carriers and Reinsurance processes of stop-loss claims.

Bill Bixler serves as Vice President of Sales East and Regional Vice President of the Northeast Mid-Atlantic, Accident & Health, U.S. at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance. With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Bill brings extensive expertise across employer stop loss, sales, claims, and third-party administrator operations. Bill earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Temple University.
