Our recruiting process is designed to give candidates a full understanding of who we are, what we do, and the details about, and expectations of, their potential role. The first step is typically an exploratory conversation about BHSI and, more specifically, an open position.
Our managers are accountable for identifying and attracting talent. Prospective talent will likely hear directly from one of them. At times, our own Talent Acquisition team might reach out to you first.
Candidates can then move on to in-person interviews, where they can meet with several managers and teammates as the process advances. We want to take the time to get to know each other, as people and professionals. For us, it’s as important that we hire for character as well as capabilities.
New teammates come from many different backgrounds, experiences and employers. Our recruiting approach is meant to share the unique opportunity it is to be a part of BHSI.
