Local activities and global partnerships perpetuateinclusivity: We partner with Braven to advance the non-profits’ mission of empowering underrepresented first-generation college students with the skills, confidence, experiences and networks necessary to transition from college to strong first jobs that lead to meaningful careers and lives of impact.
We work closely with numerous other organizations that provide access to both diverse networking opportunities and talent that helps build an inclusive future for our industry.
We recruit from all universities and have forged particularly strong alliances with colleges with excellent risk management and insurance-related programs and highly diverse populations.
